TempLab

Real-time temperature monitoring

Temperature monitoring is essential to guarantee the safety and integrity of sensitive samples in many sectors, such as laboratories, pharmaceutical industries and research centers. By maintaining strictly controlled thermal conditions, it prevents temperature variations that could alter product quality, viability or conformity. Whether storing biological samples, reagents or drugs, a reliable monitoring system enables complete traceability and provides alerts in the event of anomalies, thus limiting the risk of costly losses. By automating data collection and tracking, these systems also facilitate compliance with regulations and quality standards, while giving users peace of mind.

Cobalt X2 model

We offer advanced temperature monitoring solutions, such as the Cobalt X2 system. This next-generation logger optimizes your product protection by continuously monitoring laboratory equipment such as refrigerators, freezers (-80°C and -20°C), ovens, CO₂ incubators and nitrogen tanks. Equipped with wired or wireless digital probes, the Cobalt X2 ensures accurate data collection, which is then centralized via the LoRaWAN™ long-range communication protocol. Thanks to the universal OCEAView™ web application, you can access your data remotely, guaranteeing complete traceability and real-time alerts in the event of anomalies. This intuitive system, featuring a color touchscreen, also enables alarms to be acknowledged directly on the module, offering simplified and efficient management of your facilities' thermal monitoring.

Continuous monitoring for your equipment, sites and warehouses

Simplicity: color touchscreen, alarm acknowledgement on the module, totally wireless probes, automatic probe detection.

Performance: long-range LoRa™ communication, universal web application, real-time alarm management and alerts.

Compliance and quality: NF EN 15189, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, QI QO, Pack validation.

The Cobalt X2 data logger, a new-generation monitoring system, optimizes protection of sensitive products in your laboratory equipment (refrigerators, -80°C freezers, -20°C freezers, ovens, CO2 incubators, nitrogen tanks, etc.) and controls ambient conditions in technical rooms (PLCs) and reagent storage areas.

How does the Cobalt X monitoring system work?

- Only one receiver is needed to monitor your site, even an extensive one, thanks to the use of the LoRaWAN™ long-range communication protocol.
- The Cobalt X2 logger mounts very simply on one of the pieces of equipment to be monitored, or as a hub at the entrance to your laboratory, for example.
- All you then need to do is place the wired probes or Bluetooth® wireless temperature probes in the enclosures to be monitored.
- The wireless probes transmit the recorded data via Bluetooth® to the Cobalt X2, which will then transfer and centralize it via the LoRaWAN™ protocol to the Cloud or your client server.
- You view your data on the Cobalt X2 touchscreen, which even lets you acknowledge alarms directly on it.
- A universal web application, OCEAView, lets you manage your entire installation and consult your data.
- You are immediately alerted to any excursion or anomaly by a real-time alarm, easily visible on the Cobalt X2 (red LED flashing), and receive an alert by e-mail, SMS or voice call 24/7 with the OCEAlert platform.
