Nitrogen tank/storage

Through continuous development of new models in collaboration with leading research institutes and centers of excellence, Statebourne has been looking after your samples since 1969. We offer you every solution for your liquid nitrogen storage, from simple containers to automated archiving stations with permanent monitoring.

Key features

Large storage capacity: Holds up to 600 2" boxes (10x10 configuration), or 60,000 samples.

Optional IoT system: Monitors equipment operating status in real time, with multiple alarm functions and a self-diagnostic system to ensure sample safety.

Advanced energy-efficient refrigeration technology : Intelligent frequency conversion technology combined with hydrocarbon (HC) refrigeration reduces energy consumption by 50% compared with conventional systems using HFCs.

Environmentally-friendly : uses hydrocarbon-based refrigerants and environmentally-friendly LBA foam materials.

Liquid nitrogen feeders

Liquid nitrogen feeders are self-pressurizing containers designed to facilitate the safe and efficient transfer of liquid nitrogen to other containers or equipment. Their innovative design uses the pressure generated by vaporizing a small quantity of liquid nitrogen to distribute the liquid without the need for an external pressure source.

Main features:

Varied capacities: Available in volumes ranging from 5 to 500 liters, these feeders adapt to a variety of operational needs.

Robust construction: Made entirely from welded stainless steel, they guarantee enhanced durability and strength.

Built-in safety: Equipped with safety valves and, for models of 200 liters or more, additional rupture discs, they ensure safe operation.

Easy identification: Valves are labelled for easy recognition, simplifying operation and maintenance.

Mobility : The rotating ring design enables easy movement and handling within the laboratory or plant.

Liquid nitrogen feeders offer a number of advantages that make them indispensable for operations requiring safe, efficient transfer of liquid nitrogen. Their self-pressurizing dispensing system eliminates the need for external pumps, simplifying operations and reducing costs. Thanks to their robust stainless steel design and integrated safety mechanisms, such as safety valves and rupture discs on larger models, they guarantee safe operation. What's more, their mobility is facilitated by a rotating ring, enabling them to be moved easily within laboratories or facilities. Versatile and reliable, these feeders can be adapted to a multitude of applications in the biomedical, industrial and research fields, meeting diverse needs in terms of liquid nitrogen storage and distribution.
